Returns and Exchanges
At Lovers and Fleurs we want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange for another piece to equal or greater value or for a store credit note please email us at email@example.com.
We will happily offer an exchange or a credit note on full priced items. However sale items are not included.
Exchanges or returns need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your of purchase. Item(s) need to be in the same condition they were purchased in, with any original tags still attached.
We will only accept exchanges or credit notes for full priced items. Sale items are final purchases.
Please note we do not offer refunds on any of our items unless they have a fault that is not properly identified in the product description. To initiate a refund for a faulty item please email us as firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we do not returns or exchange on any lingerie pieces for hygiene reasons. So please chose wisely and if you have any concerns about sizing prior to purchase please email us at email@example.com and we will happily assist you with measurements.
Lovers and Fleurs does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense. We recommend using Registered Australia Post or a Registered International Post service for orders outside of Australia to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Lovers and Fleurs is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
Lovers and Fleurs will not refund the initial shipping costs, except for faulty items.
Please Note: For pop up store or market purchases we will only accept returns for a credit note or exchange to equal or greater value.
