We want our process to be as comprehensive, yet simple, as possible.
Below is a detailed description of what to expect at each stage.

  • Please fill out a short form via our Contact page, and within 48 hours you will receive an email outlining the next steps.

  • We’ll be in touch with you via email to let you know if we’re available on your date. Once your date has been confirmed, we’ll schedule a Zoom call (step 3) to get to know each other and chat about all things flowers & styling for your event!

  • Your Lovers & Fleurs experience will begin with a Zoom call with L&F founder, Faith Varty. You’ll gain an understanding of how the team works, and what sets our hearts on fire when it comes to creating your unique day.

    On this call we also want to get to know you and your partner, your personalities, your likes and dislikes, and how you envision your event – this is so important to us, as we aim to make each event a reflection of each couples personalities. We never do the same thing twice, and always aim to provide the most unique and artful flowers and styling for your day.

    We’ll also chat through each component of the day to give us the best understanding of what is needed for you.

  • After our Zoom consultation we’ll get straight to work on creating a custom initial quote, shared pinterest board and mood board for you.

    The quote will be completely itemised so you can see where the budget is being allocated.

    This will be a first draft, so if any changes need to be made we can revise the quote together until it is the perfect fit.

    The mood board will be a representation of the vibe of the event. It will also include a colour palette & imagery to help visualise the day.

  • Once the initial quote and mood board have been approved by you, we’ll then send through an invoice for a 30% deposit to secure your date with Lovers & Fleurs!

    From here we’ll connect with you via Instagram to create a group chat, allowing us to create a conversation flow, and easily send inspo. Here you can shoot us DMs with any wedding related questions, we’re here to help you throughout the entire process.

    We’ll also create a Google Drive – this is where we’ll share documents, and where we’ll upload all of the photos and videos we take of your day. This can include flower markets, prep, BTS and the finished product.

  • 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, it’s time to finalise all of the details. We’ll set up a final Zoom meeting to run over everything again. From here we can make any changes, refine, and dive into all of the details.

    After our chat we will:

    • send you a finals confirmation checklist

    • begin locking in the final designs and send you through the invoice for the balance

    • send through an updated (and final) mood board

    • our production team will manufacture any unique structures needed

    • touch base with the venue and discuss all logistical details

    • place your unique florals order with our growers

    • create a full staff runsheet & all back end logistics for the day

    Then we’re all set!

  • During the week leading up to your wedding day, you will be our main focus!

    We love sharing little snippets on Instagram to get your excited and of course tag you so you can share, and share the excitement with your guests too. We also love to share our couples love stories and any cute photos & videos.

    On the morning of your wedding, you can relax and leave all of the BTS to us. We have everything under control, and will be hard at work creating your unique set up.

  • After the day, we love to stay in touch!

    We’ll upload all our photos and videos to the shared Google Drive so you have a full album of content to share on your socials.

    We will also create a full BTS story on Instagram and tag you, so you can share and relive the day.
