Within two business days, you’ll receive a personalised email outlining the next steps and everything you need to know.
From there, we’ll invite you to book your complimentary Design Consultation, where we’ll explore your ideas, your style and the overall feeling you want your wedding to have. This is where the creative journey truly begins.

During your complimentary Design Consultation, we’ll chat about your wedding, your vision and how you want your day to feel. We’ll explore your venue, colour palette, inspiration and everything that’s important to you, while answering any questions you may have along the way.
Most importantly, this is our opportunity to understand your story, so we can begin creating a wedding that feels completely personal to you.
Following our consultation, we’ll begin creating your personalised Design Foundation, where your vision will begin to take shape through thoughtful creative direction, styling concepts and a cohesive design tailored exclusively to your wedding day.

This is where your wedding vision begins to take shape, bringing together the creative direction, floral and styling concepts, inspiration imagery and transparent investment into one beautifully considered design.
Rather than a final design, think of this as the foundation we’ll continue building upon throughout your planning journey. As ideas evolve, details are refined and inspiration grows, we’ll thoughtfully develop every element together, ensuring your wedding feels cohesive, personal and beautifully considered by the time your day arrives.

Congratulations! You’re officially a Lovers & Fleurs couple.
Once you’re ready to move forward, your wedding date will be secured with a 30% booking fee and signed agreement.
From there, we’ll officially welcome you to the Lovers & Fleurs family and begin bringing your wedding to life behind the scenes.
You’ll receive access to your personalised client drive, where you’ll be able to view your Design Foundation, important documents and everything you’ll need throughout your planning journey.
To make your investment as seamless as possible, the remaining balance is split into two further payments. Your second payment includes a complimentary Design Check-In, giving us the opportunity to reconnect, refine your design and ensure everything is coming together beautifully before your final planning meeting.

Around six months before your wedding, we’ll reconnect for your complimentary Design Check-In.
This is a relaxed catch-up where we’ll see how wedding planning is progressing, chat through any updates and revisit your Design Foundation together. Whether you’ve discovered new inspiration, refined your vision or simply have questions along the way, this is the perfect opportunity to ensure your design continues to evolve with you.
As your plans become clearer, we’ll thoughtfully refine your design, explore any enhancements you’d love to incorporate and ensure every detail is coming together beautifully before your final planning meeting.

Around two months before your wedding, we’ll meet for your Final Planning Meeting to bring every detail together.
We’ll confirm your floral selections, styling elements, timeline, floor plans, guest numbers and any final updates, ensuring every aspect of your wedding has been thoughtfully considered.
Behind the scenes, we’ll begin ordering your flowers, coordinating with your venue and suppliers, finalising production schedules and preparing every detail for installation.
By the time we finish, you can relax knowing everything is in place, leaving you free to simply enjoy the excitement of the weeks leading up to your wedding.

While you’re getting ready and soaking up every moment with your favourite people, our team will be behind the scenes carefully transforming your venue exactly as planned.
From placing every stem to lighting every candle and styling every final detail, we’ll ensure your wedding is beautifully considered.
All that’s left for you to do is walk in, take it all in and enjoy every unforgettable moment.

Although your wedding day may be over, our relationship doesn’t end there.
After your wedding, we’ll upload all of the behind-the-scenes photos and videos captured throughout your wedding day to your shared client drive, giving you a glimpse into everything that happened while your celebration was coming to life.
We always love seeing our couples’ professional galleries and reliving such a special day through their eyes. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
